• You have 14 days from receipt of your items to request a return.

• If you wish to return your items, please send us an email, containing your name, address, the order number and the reason for your return, preferably using the return form.

• Please return the items within 14 days of us accepting your return request.

• It is your responsibility to make sure the returned good are free of any damage incurred during the return process.

• We therefore highly recommend that you send the products in their original box and/or packaging and make sure they are well packed and secure.

• If possible, please provide us with a tracking number for the return items.

• We will refund to the same payment method you used to make your original purchase.

• If the product or packaging appears to be used or damaged, we may deduct any depreciation in value during the refund process.
